Delivery Info

We offer delivery service, when required, in UAE for all our products. We offer Delivery of giveaways to most countries. Purchaser would bear the price of the Delivery plus handling and clearance, along with any additional legal and customs fees if any. For heavier weights or large package sizes, please note that additional fees may apply.

Please note that items containing chocolate or any edible product cannot be shipped outside the UAE at the moment due to food safety. We do not ship large setups internationally yet due to the fragile nature of the products.

Le Chocolatier Dubai is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
